Coquitlam has been growing quickly since I first moved here over 40 years ago. Now in 2022 we face the most growth and change the city has ever seen. At the same there are very serious challenges – a climate crisis, and an affordability crisis among others. As we welcome more residents from across Canada and around the globe, development should happen in a way that Coquitlam continues to be a place for everyone.
